coming soon from Marlow: No Comply Recordings

Marlow is by no means a newcomer to Dubstep. His debut release ‘The Rope’ back in 2006 on Storming Productions received big support from some of the scene’s major players. This went on to secure him releases on influential labels including Boka, Hotflush, & Scuba. ‘Machine’ and ‘Butterfish Remix’ in particular got massive support from N-Type & Caspa, and received significant Radio 1 play. This 12″ went on to become one of the best selling Dubstep 12″s of 2007 – Marlow had accomplished a lot in a very short space of time.

Druid

12″ Vinyl / Digital – Released 23rd November 2009 (Digital available on Beatport from 16th)

A): DRUID
The label kicks off with undoubtedly Marlow’s best track to date. His signature flavours are obvious throughout, and Druid sounds as though Marlow has combined all the best elements from all previous tracks, and blended them together to create one almighty monster. He somehow manages to leave that dreary half-step pace behind, and create a fast flowing energy that isn’t often found in Dubstep. A slick and sexy feel, yet heavy enough to justify it’s place on any dancefloor. This is an essential purchase for fans of forward thinking dance music.

B): CATTLE PROD
Turn over for some proper stomping British action. If you like it hard and trashy then this one’s for you. A bass-heavy track with halfstep rhythms, yet reminiscent of the late 90s Hard House scene, this meathead banger really does prove that Marlow isn’t afraid to be different, and he totally manages to pull one off.
